VDM (Community) Dive Club Membership Forms

VDM Dive Club dues for an individual or spouse pair are still $40. Please download, print out, and fill out the application forms below. Make out a check for $40.00 to “Vaqueros Del Mar Dive Club”. Then do one of the following: Bring check and application form to the next VDM DC meeting. Use US Mail and send to Vaqueros Del Mar Dive Club, P.O. Box 2362, Livermore, CA 94551.
