Lab VDM Networking Group Membership Forms

Membership in the Vaqueros Del Mar Networking Group is limited to Livermore Laboratory Employee Services Association (LLESA) members.

VDM Networking Group dues for an individual or spouse pair are still $40. Please download, print out, and fill out the application forms below. Make out a check for $40.00 to "Vaqueros Del Mar". Then do one of the following:

Bring check and application form to the next VDM meeting.
Use Lab mail to send the check and application form to the treasurer, Bill Delameter, MS-9014.
Use US Mail and send to Vaqueros Del Mar, P.O. Box 882, Livermore, CA 94551.
